What is BCA Illustrated?
BCA Illustrated is a program giving users access to the Building Code of Australia regulations in an electronic form. We offer users more than just the Building Code, which makes our product unique compared to other alternatives.
We have enlisted the help of Hendry Group building surveyors to interpret the clauses for you to understand the way they were meant to be interpreted. Issues that relate to each clause are then given thorough explanations to give user's an example of where the clause should be applied. Additionally, our detailed illustrations that go along with each explanation gives users a visual image to further enhance the user's understanding of the topic at hand.
About the Desktop Edition.
Our Desktop Edition is different to other BCA products currently available. The downloadable program is perfect for users who do not have access to, or do not want to rely on an internet connection. When user's subscribe, after a simple installation process, you will have instantaneous access to the product. This means that there is no wait to load a web page, no website crashes and ultimately, it is a more efficient service for our customer's to use.

Our Online Edition is a fantastic alternative to our downloadable version in that it can be used anywhere an internet connection is present. This service is perfect for clients needing to put the application on an intranet for multiple users, and still delivers the same information as in the downloadable version.

BCA Illustrated is a product developed by the Hendry Group Pty Ltd under license from the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB). The Hendry Group saw the need for a program that provided detailed explanations and visual enhancements to improve the usability of the BCA. They also wanted to give customers an electronic choice. BCA Illustrated is a product that is useful for building surveyors, building inspectors, quantity surveyors, facility managers, property managers, architects, building designers and drafters, and students studying in these areas.
