If your download does not start immediately, look for an Internet Explorer security notification at the top of the browser window that looks like this:
If this message is visible, click on it and select Download File.
If prompted to either Run or Save, select Run:
If prompted by a 'Published Unverified' warning, click Install:
After the setup.exe file downloads to your computer, setup should start automatically.
If using the alternative package, Run the included DesktopEdition.exe file after downloading the ZIP.
